STARK COMMUNITY CALENDAR

A SERVICE OF THE RED RIBBON CONNECTION

1. Each participating organization must be
1. A 501(c)(3) entity or
2. An exclusively HIV/AIDS organization or
3. A governmental or municipal entity dealing with HIV/AIDS
4. Be located in Stark or adjacent county
2. Each participating organization will be
1. Issued an email from the site
2. Issued a username & password
3. Site will consist of
1. Information on each participating organization

                                                                                                                            i.          This information will be provided by each organization

                                                                                                                        ii.          Links will also be there to all organizations

2. Each organization will enter any and all calendar events they choose

                                                                                                                            i.          Open meetings

                                                                                                                        ii.          Informational meetings / seminars

                                                                                                                      iii.          Fundraising events

                                                                                                                    iv.          Social events

4. Each organization will be responsible to
1. Enter events
2. Edit/update events
3. Delete events
5. Site administrator will

                                                                                                                            i.          Have calendars combined on www.StarkCommunityCalendar.com

                                                                                                                        ii.          Should be an automatic process if set up correctly

6. Site will be visible to everyone on the web
7. Sites purposes
1. To allow organizations to see dates of events so that when planning upcoming events overlap and coincidental timing can be avoided
2. To allow the whole community at large to have a resource for information on all upcoming events
8. Site will be administered by The Red Ribbon Connection and all costs have been donated for the first 2 years by a benefactor.
